Changes to amending Board Admin access on Portico

Departmental Managers, ELOs and Board Administrators have now been given increased access to amend Board Admin access on Portico for external examining activities

Following Portico developments, Departmental Managers, ELOs and Board Administrators can now amend Board Admin access on Portico without having to notify the Examiners team.

Access the ‘Appoint administrator to board’ task through the Board of Examiners container on Portico within the Awards, Assessments and Achievements tab. Faculty colleagues who have access to the External Examining Portico tasks will also be able to use this function as required.

Please ensure correct details of Board Administrator 1 and 2 are entered on Portico as soon as possible and at the latest by Monday 20th May. With the new Exam Board reports process, the Student Records team need to provide information, training and access to the correct Chair, Deputy Chair and Board Administrators. By confirming this information both teams can ensure relevant people have the appropriate access.
