29 May: Final versions of Exam Board Reports now available

By 29 May it is the expectation that all the adjustments and fixes identified for the Exam Board Reports during testing will have been completed and the final versions will be available to staff via Portico. All Exam Boards will be expected to use this new suite of reports for Board meetings from June 2019.

Extensive testing of the reports has been undertaken over the last few months. If you should encounter an issue with either the operation of the report or the information displayed, please report this to studentrecords@ucl.ac.uk.   

Next steps

13-31 May: Portico training sessions for Board Administrators and Examination Liaison Officers on the end-to-end Exam Board process are now underway. Further details about these sessions is available in the Faculty Training Sessions Update.

20 May-28 June: Supported drop-in sessions have been organised to provide assistance to staff as they prepare for their Exam Boards. Further details are available in the Drop-in Sessions Update.

6 June: An additional demo of the end-to-end process for Exam Board Chairs and Faculty Representatives has been arranged. Follow this link for further details and to book a place.
