UCL Module Catalogue

This will be launched in May for students on the UCL website
The UCL module catalogue will be published for students in May. This is the first year that students will be able to have a comprehensive catalogue of all modules across the whole of UCL published on the website in a consistent, searchable and accessible format.
Staff will have an opportunity to see the catalogue for a few days before it is published so that you can have a sense of what students will be reading and reviewing. The information has been extracted from Portico, drawing on the information inputted and confirmed by Departments and Faculties during the Academic Review process.
From August continuing students will be encouraged to select modules with reference to the module catalogue.
A number of colleagues have explained that they still anticipate editing module descriptors over the Summer. For this initial year only, in July there will be a Portico task for amendments to be made to descriptions. This will not be possible in future years as it is planned that continuing students will begin making their indicative module selections in April/May.
