New Extenuating Circumstances Leaflet for Students

Academic Services has developed a new page on the Current Students website and a four page leaflet for distribution to students. All departments should have now received a number of these leaflets via departmental teaching managers.

The leaflet describes what counts as extenuating circumstances, details 5 steps a student should take if they are affected, and explains how their request for support will be dealt with.

The leaflet also emphasises that students must submit an Extenuating Circumstances Form to their home department or faculty office within one week.
