Training 

• You should complete the Gateway workshop from the UCL Arena for PGTAs Programme. Speak to your department if you would also like to complete the other elements of the programme.
• All staff have access to Linkedin Learning  
• Professional Development at UCL 
• UCL Arena offers a three-step development pathway for PGTAs that includes: 
  - Gateway Workshop - mandatory
  - Teaching Associate Programme (TAP) - optional 
  - Application for UCL Arena Fellowship - optional 
• Staff also have access to a range of workshops offered by UCL Arena

• UCL departments have Research Student Representatives who represent the views and interests of MPhil/PhD students within the Department and Faculty.
