Money Matters

We recommend students try and make the necessary arrangements to see a member of the Student Funding Team before Easter. For useful information regarding financial support students can visit the UCL Financial Assistance website: www.ucl.ac.uk/srs/financialassistance.

Study Abroad

A student currently abroad requiring emergency assistance can contact their travel insurance provider on the emergency number + 44 (0) 1273 400 850. The Global Student Assistance Programme is available to students while they are away. The service, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, provides independent, impartial support and guidance on a wide variety of legal, financial and personal matter. Halls of Residence

Students staying in UCL halls of residence will be able to follow the usual lines and communications for support over Easter. There will be a duty member of staff on call every day if they need any assistance, the staff contact details will be displayed in the hall.

Library Opening Arrangements

Many libraries at UCL are open over the Easter period, and some learning spaces are open 24-hours throughout the holiday. Further details regarding library opening times can be found on the Library Services site at www.ucl.ac.uk/library/opening.

Things To Do Over Easter!

We encourage students to get out and get involved so they don't feel isolated. There are lots of activities and volunteering opportunities for students over the Easter period:

If students feel alone we should encourage them to talk to a relative, friend or even call the Samaritans. The Samaritans can be contacted on 08457 909090 at any time and everything is discussed in confidence.

In an emergency, students should always phone 999 or make their way to the Accident and Emergency Department at the local hospital. The closest Accident and Emergency Department to UCL is at University College Hospital located on Euston Road.

If an incident happens during this period or indeed at any time it should be reported to UCL Security by calling 222 internally or externally using 020 7679 3333.

We would like to wish you all a happy, healthy and safe Easter and thank you for your continued support.
