Mission Assurance activities at MSSL are tailored to follow the ESA ECSS Management and Quality Standards (European Cooperation on Space Standardization).

Project requirements and compliance oversight is provided by a Product Assurance Manager supported by Product Assurance Engineers.

A bespoke PA plan is tailored to each project to ensure that specific standards are observed for all relevant processes, such as material and component selection, assembly, testing and qualification, contamination control, software design, safety analysis, transportation, handling and planetary protection.

MIL-Spec requirements can be accommodated if required.
