1st UK-US Open Innovation Workshop in Space Medicine Technology

The goal was for the participants to emerge from this workshop with solid new collaborative opportunities within highly experience international teams, determining the first concrete steps forward with new partners to develop solutions, identifying potential funding sources and with the first draft of a joint proposal for funding. The program include keynote speakers from NASA, the US National Space Biomedical Research Institute (NSBRI), NASA Human Health Performance Centre (NHHPC), UK International Space Innovation Centre (ISIC), Centre for Space Medicine (CSM), and the UK Space Agency (UKSA). The workshop was funded by UKSA, ISIC and FCO.
