Using the Library
To help you find out more about the range of services on offer at UCL, visit Library Services' Getting Started web page, which includes short films on the essentials of using UCL Libraries and searching Explore.
Membership
Registration for UCL students and staff is completed automatically. UCL ID cards come complete with a library barcode on the reverse. Information for NHS staff wishing to join a UCL library can be found on the UCL Library Services website, including eligibility and which library to join.
Finding and borrowing books
Information on borrowing and returning books, including borrowing allowances for UCL staff and students is available from the UCL Library Services website. NHS staff may borrow up to 20 books at a time.
