UCL Medical School awarded Athena SWAN Silver Award

School is delighted to have received a departmental Athena SWAN Silver Award
following our November 2013 application.
The award recognises our efforts to provide a supportive and empowering work environment that ultimately benefits all members of staff.

Post-Silver Award, the SAT (SWAN self-assessment team) has transformed itself into the SIGNET (SWAN implementation group and equalities team). The new team will oversee the implementation of the Division’s SWAN action plan as well as address other equality and diversity issues.
