Scope and content
A collection of contemporary publications relating to the First World war, covering a wide range of topics from Allied propaganda in the US and neutral countries (a particular strength) to Bulgarian territorial claims, military aspects of the projected Channel Tunnel and British campaigns in the Middle East. It also includes a small number of postcards, posters, broadsheets and maps.
History
The collection was bequeathed in 1925 by Leonard A. Magnus, a UCL student in 1896-1904.
