Preparing for your UCAS Application

A key element of your year with us is that you will be supported with your UCAS (University and Colleges Admissions Service) application to undergraduate degree programmes in the UK.

The UPC has an excellent record of successful applications to undergraduate degree courses in UCL and other Russell Group universities.

In 2024:

  • 88% received a conditional offer from UCL
  • 98% received a conditional offer from UCL or another Russell Group university

UCL also guarantees an offer of an undergraduate place for UPC students predicted to meet the entry criteria for over 162 UCL undergraduate degrees

You'll be supported through your UCAS application for an undergraduate degree in the UK – whether at UCL or another UK university.

You can research all 2025 entry UCL undergraduate degrees.

Preparing for course-specific entrance tests

You will need to do some extra preparation for certain degree subjects like architecture, law, economics and maths.

These degree subjects require extra preparation which you will need to consider when starting the UPC.

Imperial College London

Applicants to many Imperial degrees need to sit an admissions test as part of their undergraduate application. If you’re thinking of applying to Imperial, you may need to register for your Imperial admissions test before you start the UPC.
