Logging calls and obtaining help

Every Print @ UCL device will have a green asset information sticker as shown below.

It is imperative that calls are logged with the ISD IT Services

You can either report the fault to the IT Services yourself or your departments Print Rep will be happy to do this for you. 
Please refrain from contacting members of support staff directly as this will bypass critical reporting tools and can even delay resolution.


Please provide the ISD IT Services with the following information

  • Asset number or serial number of device (essential): 
  • Device Model:    
  • End User Name:
  • End User phone number:    
  • End User email address:    
  • Device Location:    
  • Description of Problem (including any fault code):


The ISD IT Services has the ability to remotely connect to the print device in order to monitor the end user in assisting with issues.
