Urgent : Update how you connect to Desktop@UCL Anywhere


            

The method you are using to connect is no longer availbale.
      

 

You must follow both instructions below to ensure your continued access to Desktop@UCL Anywhere.

You are currently using a configuration that will soon stop working. To avoid this, you must follow the below instructions.

  1. Update your Citrix Receiver (CR) or Citrix Workspace App (CWA) on your own device.
  2. Update the account URL  (New URL is https:// followed by "ucldesktop.cloud.com") . For instructions click here

It is important that you make these changes to avoid any disruption to your access when the current access is no longer available.
