As a user on the UCL Zoom account, you need to use your UCL username and password when you sign in to Zoom.
You will not be able to use the main email sign in option to sign in with your UCL user id. Please note that email sign in is no longer available for UCL Zoom accounts.
When you sign in to your UCL Zoom account you will need to use the sign in with SSO option.
Using your UCL username (userid@ucl.ac.uk) and password ensures that you do not have to maintain separate credentials to log in to Zoom. It also ensures that accounts are compliant with UCL's Information Security policies and facilitates the administration of accounts.
