How to keep your computer and UCL account details secure.

Free antivirus software is available for UCL staff; ideal if preparing to use a personal PC or Mac without existing antivirus protection. If you plan to use the UCL VPN service you must have an approved antivirus product installed to gain access to the UCL network.

Make sure you register for the UCL MyAccount service. This service allows you to change and reset your UCL password any time via self-service – even if you forget your password – ideal if working away from campus for some time. Take a look at the MyAccount FAQs for more details.
