Our institute's first Race Equity Lead appointed

We are delighted to announce the crucial appointment of Associate Professor Rashmi Mathew as the institute’s first Race Equity Lead. 

This appointment allows the institute to link in with our Faculty’s pivotal work on Race Equity, and it enables development of our own programme of listening and action. Rashmi's role in education shows her commitment to include everyone on the courses she runs at every step of their work together, creating a thriving community.

She will be taking on this new position to extend the same sense of belonging and inspiration to work together to all staff and students at the IoO.
