The award has been transformational for translational research in neurodegenerative diseases at Queen Square. Many elements will continue on under different funders, a testament to its sustainability and ongoing success—for example, the LWENC CRF with NIHR support, the Fluid Biomarkers lab with DRI support, and the Training Programme under our new Wolfson-Eisai scheme.
