UCL Celebrates Inspirational WEISS Female Line Managers

Astrea is a network at UCL for women who work in Professional Services. Earlier this year they launched a campaign inviting members of the network to send in their stories celebrating truly supportive line managers.

Astrea wanted to hear inspirational stories about managers who have supported, championed and advocated for their female staff, who have gone over and beyond to provide opportunities for their career development and who have taken steps to mitigate the gendered impact of the pandemic.

We are delighted to announce that five women from WEISS were nominated. They were: Anna David, Elly Martin, Mailis Merisalu, Sacha Noimark and Su-Lin Lee. Many congratulations to all of you.
