IBIL's Dr Alina Trapova is shortlisted for a UCL Provost Education Award 2024

It has been announced today that IBIL's Dr Alina Trapova has been short-listed for a UCL Provost Education Award. These awards celebrate staff who make outstanding contributions to the learning experience and success of UCL students.

UCL's Annual Education Awards celebrate the achievements of teaching staff celebrate staff who make outstanding contributions to the learning experience and success of UCL students. The UCL Education Awards are awarded by a Faculty based upon nominations from faculty colleagues, and the winners then go on to be shortlisted for a UCL Provost Education Award.
The shortlist for Provost Education Awards 2024 were published today this week, and we are delighted to report that IBIL co-director, Dr Alina Trapova, who joined the Faculty of Laws in January 2023, has been shortlist in the category 'Improving the Student Experience'. This category is in recognition of individual colleagues that have improved infrastructure, processes etc. that enhance the teaching and learning experience. The winners will be announced in an in-person ceremony in the Main Quad on Wednesday 5 June 2024.
IBIL's director, Professor Sir Robin Jacob was nominated by students at UCL Laws for a Student Choice Award for excellent academic mentoring. The Student Choice Awards give students the chance to thank members of staff who have inspired and supported them during their time at UCL, letting these staff members know that their hard work makes a difference.
