Practical support to manage your mental health 

Book a briefing delivered by Workplace Health - Book either an introduction to Being Well at UCL briefing, or a Managing Work-Related Stress briefing.

Employee Assistance Programme: Staff Support Service - access a range of e-learning modules, wellbeing series and podcasts to support your wellbeing, from dealing with anxiety to managing stress 

Every Mind Matters - NHS led, Every Mind Matters provides free advice and practical recommendations to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing. 

Good Thinking - NHS approved, Good Thinking supports Londoners with their mental health and wellbeing. Complete the quiz or self-assessment to get personalised recommendations for apps and other resources to help you.  

Mind - guides to help you cope with everyday things like money, work, university and more. 

UCL owned self-help library - free access to a variety of online self-help books. Topics include anxiety, depression, relationship problems, eating disorders, trauma and resilience.
