Transforming lives through digital and medical technologies.

Learn more about our latest initiative, the Age Innovation Hub!

As a population, we're living longer than ever before. In the UK, 1.6 million of us are over 85 years old, and this number is expected to double by 2040!

But even though we're living longer, we aren't living better. Older people are faced with a range of challenges, from lack of independence, through to mental and physical health problems. Our researchers want to change that, and we need your help.

The Age Innovation Hub is a place for the general public, healthcare workers and UCL researchers to come together to find solutions for ageing well.

UCL students can also participate in our new Christmas competition to help create this life-changing research through having a simple conversation with a family member or loved one over the festive break. Prizes available and the competition is open until 16 Jan.
