IHI Celebrates 'Full House' of Academic Promotions

In recognition of IHI’s academic achievements and its staff going from strength to strength, we are delighted to congratulate the following colleagues on their recent promotions:
Dr Providencia, Dr Lai, Dr Wu and Dr Shah all become Associate Professors.
Ms Rachel Burns becomes a Grade 7 Research Fellow and Dr Mc Grath-Lone has been promoted to Grade 8 Senior Research Fellow.
Now Professor of Public Health Laura Shallcross MBE was recently awarded the MBE honour in recognition of her contributions to the pandemic response in adult social care with the Vivaldi Study team.
Promoted to Professor of Clinical Data Science, Professor Ami Banerjee is also chief investigator of an NIHR-funded £8M research project - the largest clinical trial on long Covid to date.
This year, IHI were successful in all of their academic promotion bids - well done all and we look forward to many more!
