hdr uk phenomics workshop

Date and time: Thursday 11 March 2021, 09:30-13:00
Location: Online event (Zoom)

We are delighted to invite you to a HDR UK Phenomics National Implementation Project workshop on 11 March 2021 where you will have the unique opportunity to learn more about the HDR UK National Phenomics Resource.

The HDR UK CALIBER Phenotype Portal is the largest national standards-driven library of citable phenotyping algorithms, meta-data and tools for electronic health records research. This half-day workshop will demonstrate use of the Portal and the Concept Library and discuss approaches for creating and evaluating phenotypes and use of standards, including Phenoflow, a novel model to support generation of structured phenotype definitions.

The agenda features work being carried out across the UK in London, Edinburgh, Swansea, Oxford, Cambridge and the Midlands to show how the Portal has been used to demonstrate clinical impact and, future plans for the national resource will be discussed.
The online workshop will be of interest to researchers and clinicians, including those working in HDR UK Hubs and Alliances, who want to know more about how the resource can benefit their research.

Please register to join the meeting. Registered attendees will receive further information and the link to join closer to the day.

If you have any questions, please get in contact with Natalie Fitzpatrick, HDR UK Phenomics Programme Manager (n.fitzpatrick@ucl.ac.uk).
