This project will bring together experimental researchers, biocurators and tool providers to discuss how to support improved interpretation of genomic, proteomic and transcriptomic datasets.

The experimental and bioinformatics researchers each have their own specific area of expertise and are aware of the challenges encountered by their research community to interpret and interrogate datasets.

The Rome partners (Tor Vergata University of Rome) already provide an online resource, The SIGnaling Network Open Resource (Signor 2.0), that supports curation and data interpretation.

This one-day meeting in London will discuss the needs of the research communities, provide instruction on Signor and discuss the need for a white paper to document the research needs or a grant application to address the research needs.
