Monthly Health & Safety Information (projects on site)

This document supports good reporting across construction project activities and to improve monitoring and reporting compliance by monitoring health and safety data for projects on site.

This document supports good reporting across UCL construction project activities in order to improve monitoring of health and safety performance from projects on site.  

This form is to be used in accordance with UCL’s EHS Rules for Contractors.

The documents request for the following information:

  1. Number of near misses and hazardous observations. Incident detail to be entered into BuildSafe as set out in EHS Rules Section 8.0
  2. Number of incidents including accidents (not within the RIDDOR requirements). Incident detail to be entered into BuildSafe as set out in EHS Rules Section 8.0
  3. Number of RIDDORs (all reportable incidents including fatalities). Incident detail to be entered into BuildSafe as set out in EHS Rules Section 8.0
  4. Total Working Hours
  5. Average Consideration Contractor Scheme Score
  6. % of management staff (including subcontractors) with CITB - SMSTS & SSSTS
  7. Is the project CLOCS compliant?
  8. Number of toolbox talks given (Health & Safety; Environment; Wellbeing)
