How much is the summer school?
Course fees are stated below and cover attendance at the 5-day summer school, with events in the morning and afternoon on each day. Participants will have access to slides and reading materials.
Early bird individual fee £1000 (last date for early bird is 30th April 2024)
Early bird group fee £900 per person (groups of 3-5 from the same organisation)
Standard individual fee £1100 (bookings from 1st May 2024)
UK local government fee £600 for 1 or 2 people; £550 per person for groups of 3-5 from the same organisation.
In addition, a limited number of places are available at a fee of £350 for people working in the voluntary sector and university faculty from low- or middle-income countries. If you wish to apply for a reduced fee place you will be asked to provide a letter of support from your employer. To apply for the reduced fee please complete the following MS Form and send a letter of support from your employer to sdhsummerschool@ucl.ac.uk. If your application is approved we will send you the password needed to pay the reduced fee.
Please note that the information requested on the MS Form will only be used to assess eligibility for the reduced fee and information collected will be deleted after the summer school.
The number of summer school places is limited. Once filled we will not be able to accept any more applications this year.

PLEASE NOTE that course fees will be refunded in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled. However, we would not be able to provide compensation for any other expenses.
