PARNASSUS (2010-2014) is an interdisciplinary research project aiming to identify and quantify adverse environmental effects on heritage buildings and adaptation measures needed for the protection of these from climate change impact with special emphasis on wind driven rain and flooding. The project was set up to collect direct data from seven historic buildings at different sites throughout the UK by means of extensive environmental monitoring and further elaborated its findings by means of a set of laboratory tests and computer modelling.
