Harassment and Bullying

UCL has a network of trained advisors who provide a confidential information service to staff on issues relating to bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct. All advisors have received additional training on these issues.

Support for Staff

If you've experienced, observed or been accused of bullying, harassment, sexual harassment or discrimination, you can contact an advisor through the Report + Support Online Form. 

The university also has very clear statements on Dignity at Work, the prevention of bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct, and various policies and procedures to launch a formal complaint.

Staff members can request to speak with an advisor via Report + Support: An advisor can confidentially talk you through UCL's procedures, how to make a complaint and let you know what support is available.
