Bowen Wang completed an LLM in competition law at UCL Faculty of Laws in 2016-2017, he also holds a master degree in Civil and Commercial law and a dual bachelor degree in economics from Peking University. Bowen is currently working at Linklaters LLP Competition and Antitrust Practice, and also a researcher at Law and Development Academy and Center of e-Commerce Law, Peking University.
Bowen has a strong academic interest in comparative competition law (China, the EU and the US), regulation & competition, anti-unfair competition law, e-commerce and internet law. He has gained experience from participating the legislation and research of the Chinese e-Commerce Law, Chinese Consumer Product Safety Act, Car-hailing service regulation and some other laws/regulations.
Bowen has published articles, critics and chapters (individually or in collaboration with others) in several Chinese law-journals and books. During the last years, He was awarded the PRC National Scholarship, Han Kun Youth Lawyer Scholarship, Wei Zhenying Civil and Commercial Law Scholarship and UCL Vinson Chu Scholarship for his academic performances. Bowen is also qualified to practice law in China.
