Programme information

  • Our general Geospatial Sciences MSc enables students to gain broad knowledge of the means of acquiring, processing and analysing spatial data.
  • Geospatial Sciences (Building Information Modelling and Surveying) MSc educates students in the geometric and semantic aspects of BIM.
  • Geospatial Sciences (GIS and Computing) MSc teaches students the theoretical, scientific and practical aspects of geographic information science (GIS), covering spatial analysis, geocomputation, programming and app development.
  • Geospatial Sciences (Hydrographic Surveying) MSc enables students to gain broad knowledge of the means of acquiring, processing and analysing spatial data in the marine context – using vessel-based acoustic techniques, satellite positioning, AUVs, and much more.
  • Spatio-Temporal Analytics and Big Data Mining MSc teaches the foundations of GIScience, databases, spatial analysis, data mining and analytics. In doing so, it aims to equip professionals with the tools and techniques to analyse, represent and model large and complex spatio-temporal datasets.
