I am a PhD student in the Stern lab, Department of Cell and Developmental Biology, UCL. My project aims to disentangle the roles of different signals in establishing polarity, assigning cell fates and selecting from the extensive array of possible cell behaviours during amniote gastrulation, all questions which are relevant to human twinning. I am also interested in mathematical modelling and how it can help us understand biological phenomena.
