CBC's Collaborative Meet with Chinese Academics from Sichuan University

Behavioural and implementation science is an area of growth in China-with new research groups, and investment in research activity. The CBC recently hosted a visit from a diverse group of Chinese academics from the West China School of Public Health, Sichuan University. With backgrounds spanning psychology, pharmacy, chemistry, and economics, the delegation engaged in fruitful discussions with the CBC team, discussing potential training and research collaborations in the areas of implementation science, antimicrobial resistance and maternal health. The visitors were Prof Huan Zhou, Department of Health Behaviour and Social Medicine; Dr Jie Pan, Dean of the School and Prof Xin Zhang, Department of Environment Health; Dr Linli Zhang, Deputy Director and Dr Linan Zheng of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
