Complex Urban Systems for Sustainability and Health (CUSSH) is a Wellcome Trust funded delivering key global research on the systems that connect urban development and population health. We are a multidisciplinary team of experts in public health, behavioural science, system dynamics, environmental epidemiology, civil engineering, political science and urban planning. In each of six cities London (UK), Rennes (France), Kisumu and Nairobi (Kenya), Beijing and Ningbo (China), CUSSH has developed close partnerships to support transformative policy interventions in energy, transport, green infrastructure, water and sanitation, and housing.

The post-holder will design and conduct research and stakeholder engagement in the CUSSH partner cities, with a focus on use of behavioural science in conjunction with participatory and systems research methods.

Applications are open for highly motivated researchers at post-doctoral or pre-doctoral level. Please click here for more information and to apply.

For further information and any enquiries about the role, please contact Dr Jo Hale (jo.hale@ucl.ac.uk).
