Additionally, a library of online videos covering UCL IT essentials has now been launched.
Topics include remote connectivity, data storage essentials, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and much more.
- Netiquette
- ‘Make the most of UCL’ programme
This is a six-week campaign to support student transition to university. The programme will offer students:
- opportunities to build meaningful relationships
- a coherent programme of activities, that embeds knowledge of the essential services and communities that will help with their success as a student (including Student Support and Wellbeing, Careers)
- connections with all the opportunities outside their programmes, including Students’ Union, clubs and societies, volunteering and entrepreneurship

Since last year at UCL Anthropology we have adopted Unitu as new way for you to raise any feedback via your student reps.

- Departmental Writing Tutor
Our UCL Anthropology Writing Tutor, Dalia Iskander, runs through some of the services that are available to all Anthropology students within the department in this video.

- Active bystander
Student's Union UCL says full stop to sexual misconduct, bullying and harassment in any form.
This is why the Union and UCL have joined forces to run the Active Bystander Programme as part of the Full Stop campaign and continue to tackle unacceptable behaviours at UCL and beyond. Access resources online here, training is followed by an interactive live session.
- ID cards
ID cards will be issued on Campus before and during induction week. You should receive an email from central administration inviting you to collect yours.
- Friends of Out@UCL
Out@UCL wishes to create an inclusive environment where LGBTQ+ staff, students and visitors can be themselves, which includes feeling comfortable enough to be out. We're doing this by asking people to become a 'Friend' of Out @UCL
- Sustainability at UCL
This year, Sustainable UCL are offering the following materials for student sustainability inductions:
- A brand new Sustainability Moodle course, that was developed with current students to make it extra engaging for new students.
- A live Q&A with Sustainable UCL in October
- An event overview of extracurricular sustainability events happening at the start of term (see flyer below)
