UCL Accommodation

Returning residents

Here you can find accommodation information for students returning to UCL for subsequent years of study and for those not eligible for UCL halls.

UCL Accommodation

UCL has limited accommodation options available for returning students and those students who do not meet the eligibility criteria to be guaranteed university accommodation. Please note that the offers available exclusively to UCL students in private provider properties are time-limited, and depending on the terms of the offer, the providers may change their prices subject to demand.

Returning students' accommodation

Disabled students

If you have a disability that impacts on your need for accommodation whilst studying at UCL, you may be entitled to stay in UCL accommodation beyond your first year of study.

Additional requirements for returning students

If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and need support with emergency accommodation please contact Student Union UCL Advice service  on su.advice@ucl.ac.uk. The Advice Service can signpost you to relevant sources of support, and can refer you into an emergency accommodation process at UCL if you’re eligible.
