Authorised Absence for Tier 4 students
The procedure has been updated to allow for students who are forced to absent themselves in order to return to their home country and re-apply for a visa. As visa issues do not fall under extenuating circumstances, the current policy does not provide adequate cover. The opportunity has also been taken to revise the section to be more user-friendly.
