Digital marketing

As well as travelling overseas, the International Office team use digital media and new technologies to interact with prospective students.

This includes Hobsons Connect, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool. We also hold online presentations, chat and counselling sessions, and send targeted ezines.

There is significant activity on Facebook, Twitter and Weibo (Chinese microblogging site). The International Office can provide a service to departments to facilitate their online activities for prospective students and offer-holders.

The International Office also maintains the website for international students, in the prospective students area of the UCL website.
