Charlotte Thwaite
Sustainability Manager at CH&CO
Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in the food industry, in roles including operations, sales and production with a particular expertise in sustainable supply chain management, packaging reduction and food waste management. She has built sustainable innovations for councils, universities, charities and SME’s, focusing on increasing operational and financial efficiencies through implementing more sustainable practises.
