Banana bread is a home baking classic - and it uses two ingredients, bananas and chocolate, which can be very unsustainable. Fairtrade is a movement to raise social and environmental standards and provide fair prices to growers in developing countries for ingredients such as bananas and chocolate.

Join us for this cooking workshop from Gather & Gather where you can learn how to make vegan banana bread using Fairtrade ingredients. You will then be able to try your baking creatings while discussing food sustainability, with a focus on Fairtrade.

This event is open to all UCL students.
