Dr Bogatyrev joining the International Advisory Panel of the Endangered Archive Programme!

Dr Sergei Bogatyrev, Associate Professor in Early Russian History, has been invited to join the International Advisory Panel of the Endangered Archive Programme, which is funded by the Arcadia Fund and run by the British Library. The Programme offers grants every year to individual researchers world-wide to locate vulnerable archival collections, to arrange their transfer wherever possible to a suitable local archival home, and to deliver digital copies into the international research domain via the British Library and a local archival partner. The Advisory Panel of historians and archivists is responsible for assessing and making funding recommendations on applications to the Programme, championing the Programme and providing advice on the operation of the Programme from time to time. As a Panel member, Dr Bogatyrev will focus on Russia and Eastern Europe.
