  • Manuscriptorium - Freely accessible, Manuscriptorium digital library is the designated platform for the European Digital Library of Written Cultural Heritage. Providing access to more than 5 million images of manuscripts, incunabula, early printed books, maps, deeds, charters and more, up to the year 1800.
  • Monasterium.Net - Digital archive of over 220.000 primary sources from Central European archives.
  • StaréMapy.cz - A gateway to historic maps of the Czech lands.
  • Webarchiv - A digital archive of Czech web resources collected with the aim of their long-term preservation.

 

Secondary sources

  • Bibliographic Databases of the Historical Institute of ASCR - A database containing monographs, articles in periodicals and collections on history published after the year 1990. The database serves as a groundwork for the yearbook Bibliography of the History of the Czech Lands.
  • CERGE-EI Working Papers - Includes working papers of the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education of the Economics Institute in Prague.
  • Czech Digital Library - Czech Digital Library allows to search documents contained in digital libraries operated by individual libraries in the Czech Republic.
  • Czech National Bibliography - The database contains records of documents published in the Czech Republic that are sent to the National Library of the Czech Republic as a legal deposit.
  • E-books - free ebooks made available by the Czech libraries during COVID-19 period.
  • Joint Czech and Slovak Digital Parliamentary Library - The Digital Library is a joint project of the Czech and Slovak parliaments, which has made available documents of common history since at least 1848, as well as from the present.
  • Kramerius 5 - A digital library includes several million digitised pages of monographs and periodicals from the collections of the National Library of the Czech Republic. Documents are made available in Kramerius 5. The Digital Library also contains documents digitised within the previous projects and accessed in the lower version of Kramerius 3, which is not further developed. Full access to the digitised documents that are still under copyright is available on site.
  • Munispace - Online reading room for study, research, browsing or downloading books. The reading room offers professional and non-fiction e-books published at Masaryk University.
  • Národní digitální knihovna pro studenty VŠ - National digital library for higher education. Documents are made available in Kramerius 5 (temporary access during COVID-19).
  • National Repository of Gray Literature (NRGL) - The repository enables searching for so-called gray literature (dissertations, theses, proceedings, analyzes, research reports, etc.) originating in the Czech Republic in the fields of science, research and education.
  • Theses.cz - The largest database of theses in the Czech Republic contains bachelor's, master's, doctoral and other types of theses from most Czech universities.
