UCL Spices hosted an afternoon of exploring the changing role of herbal medicine within our food and health systems over time through lectures and poster sessions. Fully booked with over 200 registered attendees, the symposium provided a platform for researchers, practitioners, and interested participants to engage with each other during our poster sessions and Q&A sessions. The symposium was immediately followed by a reception and the UCL Annual Frank Fish Lecture. This year's speaker was Dr. Linda Anderson, BPharm, PhD, FRPharmS, FSP, who spoke on the impact of federal herbal regulation.
