UN Webinars on National disaster risk assessment

The United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) organised series of webinars to introduce the new "Words into Action Guidelines on National Disaster Risk Assessment".

 Gianluca Pescaroli of the UCL IRDR Cascading Disaster Research Group spoke at two of the events, held on 6th and 7th November 2017. In these sessions, Gianluca explained more about the section within the guidelines entitled "An Introduction to Cascading Risk and cascading Disasters" (pp.25-31).
