Dr Patty Kostkova shortlisted for "Woman of the Year" at the Women in IT Excellence Awards 2017

Dr Patty Kostkova was shortlisted for the Woman of the Year Award this month by the Computing Awards Programme - Women in IT Excellent Awards 2017.

The aim of Award is to celebrate women who are inspiring others, and who have brought about significant change and success in their organisations.

NERC funded project Mantra was also shortlisted for the Diversity Project of the Year Award. Mantra is developing a mobile game for women in rural Nepal to improve maternal and neonatal health, and disaster resilience in the community.
