UCL Computational Cancer Symposium 2023
The Collaboratorium’s first symposium on Wednesday 8 November 2023, held in the UCL Cruciform Building, addressed “machine learning for small data in cancer research”; using novel computational methods to make discoveries from small, but rich laboratory datasets and clinical datasets for rare cancers. The symposium brought together researchers developing new computational methods with experimental and clinical cancer researchers seeking computational approaches to extract new insights from their data, to discuss challenges, solutions and how best to build our community
