The Food, Metabolism & Society (FMS) research domain combines UCL resources to promote interdisciplinary approaches addressing metabolic disease and global nutrition, and to further communication between academics, policy-makers, the food industry, and the public.
Update: Changes to UCL Research Domains
From January 2026, UCL will retire the Research Domains model and launch new Research & Innovation Opportunity Spaces to support the development of priority areas of research and innovation strength. This new approach will help UCL to showcase its research and innovation excellence to partners, funders, and global audiences. Further details on these changes and how to get involved will be shared in the spring.
