Using Worktribe
What is Worktribe used for?
Worktribe supports the entire project lifecycle, from proposal development to post-award management and award closure. It is used to develop funding applications, including costing your proposal, getting internal approval, and managing your project.
How do I use Worktribe?
New to Worktribe or need help with using the system? Check out our How to guides to help you with common tasks in Worktribe.
How long are Worktribe records kept for?
Records such as projects in Bid Development that have not been submitted or updated in 12 months, and contracts at Initiation that have not been progressed or updated in the same timeframe will be archived 12 months after the last recorded activity, and deleted 12 months after being archived. This ensures that only relevant, up-to-date information remains in the system.
