Esme is the Q-Step Careers and Internship Manger, she recently joined the Q-Step Centre at UCL, having previously worked at Oxford University in a Professional Services support role for five years. She also recently gained a qualification in Careers Coaching and Management from Birkbeck. She is hoping to build on the successes of Q-Step, particularly in the area of student support as well as working with internship providers.
