Awardees: Dr Jean Ledger and Professor Naomi Fulop, UCL Department of Applied Health Research

Problem: A lack of knowledge of how innovation can be embedded in the NHS so that best practice from other industries is emulated consistently. 

Project: Stakeholder workshop in collaboration with Universities UK and HRS UK to improve dialogue and understanding about ‘what works’ in NHS health care innovation and to produce a policy briefing.

Policy audience: NHS (providers and commissioners), National Institution for Health Research, NHS England, Universities UK, HSR UK, Collaborations for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care, Academic Health Science Centres, Academic Health Science Networks.
